About This Course
Program Overview:
The Fast Track Elite Ramp & Ground Operations Program (FTE-GO) is an intensive, accelerated one-year professional qualification developed under the Echo Operating System (EOS) for university degree holders and technical graduates seeking direct placement as Turnaround Coordinators (TRC) and Ramp Duty Officers. It spans 3 training semesters comprising 15 specialized airside logistics, aircraft ground handling, and safety leadership modules aligned with IATA AHM standards.
Core Training Pillars & Delivery:
- Airside Turnaround Management & SLA Compliance: Coordinating ground activities within critical path timelines, managing ground service level agreements (SLAs), and optimizing turnaround performance under high-density airport operations.
- Advanced Ramp Safety & Risk Mitigation: Apron accident investigation procedures, jet blast and suction hazard zoning, dangerous goods incident management on the ramp, and airside incident reporting systems.
- Aircraft Ground Servicing & GSE Coordination: Real-time dispatch and staging of high-loader units, GPU/ASU hookups, bulk loading supervision, and pushback clearance coordination.
- Airside Leadership & Crisis Management: Managing adverse weather ramp operations (low visibility, high winds, de-icing coordination), irregular operations (AOG logistics), and technical interview readiness.
Accreditation:
Officially accredited and certified by the American Institute for Professional Education (AIPE) in strict alignment with IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM) guidelines.
