3. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our courses, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. The academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion.

4. Fees and Payments

Course fees are as listed on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of enrollment. A processing fee may apply. After course commencement, refunds are prorated based on completed modules. No refunds are issued after 50% of the course has been completed.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of AIPE Aviation Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

All students and users agree to:

• Treat fellow students, faculty, and staff with respect
• Adhere to academy policies and safety regulations
• Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty
• Not use academy resources for unlawful purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

8. Limitation of Liability

AIPE Aviation Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be revoked.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIPE Aviation Academy is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
